Join us for 3 days in our jungle sanctuary, practicing meditation and other tools for achieving true relaxation. This is a retreat for people seeking an individual retreat (couples welcome). The only other person in the house will be the energy healing instructors, who also cook meals. There is a loose structured schedule, but guests may choose how to spend their time.

This is an intimate retreat opportunity, hosting up to only 2 attendees at a time .

Open to everyone; no experience in Qigong or meditation is necessary.

Centro Suelo Sano is a Sustainability Demonstration Site, totally off-grid, and completely devoid of luxuries. Challenge yourself to experience the moment, free from distractions. We have a composting toilet and outdoor shower, limited electricity and no WiFi.
