Join us in our jungle sanctuary for meditation, Qigong and other energy healing practices, including sacred ceremonies passed down by our ancestors. There is a loose structured schedule, but guests may choose how to spend their time.

This is an intimate retreat opportunity, hosting up to only 4 attendees at a time .

Open to everyone; no experience in Qigong or meditation is necessary.

Centro Suelo Sano is a Sustainability Demonstration Site, totally off-grid, and completely devoid of luxuries. Challenge yourself to experience the moment, free from distractions. We have a composting toilet and outdoor shower, limited electricity and no WiFi.
